Listen: Big Sean Drops New Single ‘Guap’
By

Big Sean
.
Big Sean has appeared on basically every hip-hop track that’s come out this year, but now the rapper finally has one of his own. Sean unleashed “Guap,” the first single from his upcoming new album Hall of Fame, which will be out in December.
.
The number was produced Key Wanye and Young Chop. Big Sean spits lines about – what else? – money. “I’ma throw money in the air like I’m tryna pay the sky,” he raps on the number, noting that he needs a new crib for his mom (don’t we all?). Best part? Sean raps, “I need a 17-car garage.” Listen below:
.
.
Hall of Fame will be out on December 18 via G.O.O.D. Music/Def Jam Recordings. The disc will be his second on Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music label, following his debut Finally Famous, which spawned a bunch of hit singles, including “My Last” and “Marvin & Chardonnay.” The rapper is planning a “Hall of Fame” tour in support of the release as well.
.
Big Sean recently told MTV News, “I’ve been in the studio with [Kanye], talking with ‘Ye, building ideas with No I.D., even with Nas, with other people and really talking to ‘em and soaking up where their minds is at. Then taking that and applying it to what I know myself. It ain’t no choice but to be good.” He added, “I also have a sense of how people look at me, just by going on tour, my first solo tour, sold-out tour and seeing the people and kids who looked at me as a role model. That’s when I realized when you got the mic, you got the crowd, you gotta say something, or else your moment in time is wasted. It’s just a whole different thought mentality.”

Ellen DeGeneres Forces Taylor Swift To Talk A Walk Down Ex-Boyfriend Memory Lane

.
Last night, Taylor Swift stopped by Ellen DeGeneres’ TV show to promote her new album Red. However, Swift seemed legitimately surprised when the host decided to play a game with her that saw the pop star’s long list of exes flash on a screen in an effort to pinpoint who the song “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” is about.”
.
While being in the public eye and talking openly about her past relationships makes Swift’s personal life somewhat notable, DeGeneres was relentless, insisting that Swift dated Zac Efron despite multiple denials by Swift. Then, Swift didn’t want to play the game DeGeneres improvised, “”Ok, ring it on three different guys. We’ll narrow it down,” DeGeneres says. “So ring it three different times. Then it’s still out there. We still don’t know.”
.
From there, the screen flashed images of Swift with Lautner, John Mayer and Joe Jonas (as well as some obvious red herrings like Danny Devito). When Swift wouldn’t ring the bell, DeGeneres took it out of her hand and rang it for her. It is interesting to note that Swift seemed most off-guard when a photo of Cory Monteith appeared on the screen and that DeGeneres eschewed showing a photo of Jake Gyllenhaal despite the duo’s well-documented relationship.
.
“This makes be feel so bad about myself. Every time I come here you put like a different dude up there on the screen. And it just makes me really question like what I stand for as a human being,” Swift said after the game finally ended and while we do feel bad for her being put in this position, we also think that when you’re writing songs specifically about your break-ups and dating high-profile actors it seems inevitable.
.
In other words, Taylor, if you want to avoid these scenarios either stop writing about relationships or date a normal guy…a blogger, perhaps? For more Taylor Swift, check out her Myspace radio channel.

Hotlinks: Lilo Didn’t Show Up For Work and For Some Reason People are Surprised, Xtina Doesn’t Like to Wear Underwear, and Miley Cyrus Doesn’t Like to Wear Pants

Tom Hanks accidentally and adorably dropped the F bomb on Good Morning America. Lilo didn’t show up for work because a job on Lilo’s list of priorities falls somewhere below redbull/vodka and waking up in a pile of glowsticks. Xtina loves freedom, and by freedom she means the feeling of her naked privates touching her jeans. These are our favorite links of the day…enjoy!
Lindsay Lohan didn’t show up to work on the set of The Canyons. And screenwriter Bret Easton Ellis is pisssssed. He expressed his outrage via angry tweet demanding to know why Lindsay missed work. Dude, because it’s Lindsay Lohan. Duh.

Lady Gaga responded to Die Antwoord’s slam by pointing out that they don’t have any hits. To which Die Anterwoord replied “at least we don’t have prawns in our privates.” Solid point.

Angie and Brad spent $10k to fly in British food for their family. British food? Serrrriosly guys. Even British people try to avoid British food.

Check Out The Brand New Taylor Swift Track “State Of Grace”

.
Taylor Swift fans, get pumped, because you can hear a song called “State Of Grace” from her upcoming album Red today, a week before the disc is officially released.
.
Musically, the track reminds us of U2, with a steady backbeat and delay-driven guitars. Swift croons, “This is a state of grace/ This is a worth while fight/ Love is a ruthless game/ Unless you play it good and right.” Admittedly, this track is a little bit more rock-oriented than some of Swift’s past material, but it’s still pop-oriented enough to sound perfect in an arena.
.
“State Of Grace” now joins “I Knew You Were In Trouble,” “Red,” “Begin Again,” and “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” to give us a pretty good glimpse of what Red will sound like…and if the rest of the album is on par with these tracks, it looks like Katy Perry and Rihanna have some serious competition in the pop princess department.
